How quickly will I hear back?

What actually happens on the call?

Thirty minutes, and we spend the first ten listening. We walk through the platform against your competitions, your stakeholders and whatever you already have in place, then tell you honestly which part of it is worth starting with. No deck you have already seen.

Do you run pilots?

Yes. Most organisations start with a scoped pilot of one product, typically 360 Academy or 360 Report, with a defined group of users and clear success criteria. Pilot scope, duration and commercial terms are agreed case by case.

Can the platform be white-labelled?

Products can be configured with your organisation's name, branding and content so that athletes and staff experience them as your own programme. The extent of white-labelling is agreed as part of the engagement.

Where is data hosted?

Accepted Answer

The platform runs on distributed cloud infrastructure with organisation-level isolation and encryption in transit and at rest. Hosting region and data residency requirements are discussed during the briefing and documented in the agreement.

Question 6

We are early and have no budget agreed. Is it still worth talking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is often the better time. Much of what we recommend in a first conversation costs nothing to start, and knowing where your gaps are makes the budget case easier to write. If we are not the right answer for you yet, we will say so.
