Defining the entities you monitor, connecting the signal sources you already have, setting weights and thresholds, and agreeing roles and approval steps. You do not need a data team for this: the configuration is done with GAMECHANGER360, and manual analyst input alone is enough to begin. Further sources can be added later without rebuilding the model.

Access is enforced at row level, so a role sees only the entities and cases it is entitled to. Sensitive actions can require approval, which prevents one person escalating or closing a case alone. Every action is written to an audit trail, which is what matters when a sanction is challenged.

Residency and retention are configured per deployment, in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Risk scores and the signals behind them are retained so a past decision can be explained, and retention can differ by data type. Yes. Sentinel ingests alerts from detection partners and treats them as one signal among several, so an existing contract stays in place. If you already run a case system, Sentinel can handle oversight and scoring while investigations continue where they are. The trade-off is an audit trail split across two systems.
