What is 360 Intelligence, and is it sold separately?

It is the AI core the other three products call. Knowledge ingestion, retrieval, model choice, prompts, keys and usage logging live here instead of being rebuilt inside Academy, Report and Sentinel. It can also be licensed on its own, as an internal knowledge and answering layer, without adopting the other products.

Which AI models does 360 Intelligence use?

Accepted Answer

The layer is model-agnostic. OpenAI and Google Gemini are integrated today and any model can be added. Organisations choose which models power which product, and can change that at any time.

Does our data train public models?

Accepted Answer

No. Knowledge is indexed in isolated, organisation-scoped collections and used only to answer your organisation's queries. Access is governed by keys, roles and audit logs.

What material can we put into the knowledge base?

Accepted Answer

Regulations, codes of conduct, disciplinary decisions, policy manuals, training material, web sources, RSS feeds and content pulled from APIs and databases. Anything you can hand over as a document or a connection can be indexed. Material that should not circulate widely can be scoped so it serves only the roles and products you choose.

How do documents get in, and who keeps them current?

Files are uploaded and feeds and connections are configured once, then re-indexed when a source changes. Your own administrators own the source list, because they are the people who know when a regulation has been superseded. A source can be removed, and answers stop drawing on it once it is gone.

How do we know an answer is accurate?

Accepted Answer

Every answer carries citations back to the passage it was drawn from, so it can be checked rather than trusted. Answers come from your indexed material rather than general web content, which narrows what the system is able to say. The test console lets you try prompts and models against real queries before a change reaches learners or analysts.

Who can change the AI configuration?

Accepted Answer

Configuration is layered into global defaults, per-product settings and per-organisation settings. Your administrators control what applies to your organisation and cannot change another organisation's configuration. Changes can be tested before they are applied, and consumption afterwards is visible in the usage logs.

Where is our data held, and how long is it kept?

Accepted Answer

Indexes are organisation-scoped, and residency and retention are configured per deployment in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Usage logs are retained so consumption and behaviour can be audited. Removing a source removes it from the index that serves your answers.

Can our own systems and partners query the layer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through scoped API keys. Each key carries its own credit allowance, rate limit and data scope, so a partner federation or an internal tool gets exactly the access it needs and no more. Keys are revoked individually, and usage is logged per key.

How is 360 Intelligence licensed, and what happens if we leave?

Accepted Answer

Licensing is agreed per organisation, with model usage and API consumption accounted for through credits. Your source material stays yours: it is your documents, indexed, and it can be exported or deleted on request. Because model choice is configuration rather than a rewrite, changing model provider does not mean changing platform.
