How anonymous is a report?

Who is 360 Report for?

Two groups at once. Reporters are athletes, coaches, officials, staff and anyone else close to a sport who needs to raise something without exposing themselves. Receivers are the compliance officers, integrity units and investigators who have to act on what arrives. It is deployed by the body that carries that duty, usually a federation, league, club or regulator.

What happens after a report is submitted?

The report is categorised, risk-scored and routed to the case managers cleared for that category. It appears in the case management dashboard as a case with an owner and a status, and every action from that point is logged. The reporter can check status with their reference and access code, and investigators can put a follow-up question back into the case.

Who can see submitted evidence?

Only authorised case managers within the receiving organisation, protected by two-factor authentication and full audit logging. Evidence is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Where is report data held, and how long is it kept?

Residency and retention are configured per deployment, so case files can be held in the region and for the period your regulations require. Handling follows the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Retention can differ by case type, because a closed low-level complaint and a match-manipulation file rarely need the same lifespan.

What does the AI do with the content of a report?

It classifies the report, suggests a priority and routes it. That is assistance rather than judgement: a case manager can change the category, the priority and the routing, and the change is recorded. Content is processed inside your organisation's own scope through 360 Intelligence and is not used to train public models.

Could a reporter be identified if we receive a legal request?

The platform does not ask for a name, an email address or an account, so an anonymous case file holds only what the reporter chose to include. Where someone has identified themselves, disclosure is governed by your policy and the law of your jurisdiction, and that decision is yours rather than ours. State plainly in your channel what you can and cannot promise, because a promise that fails once ends the channel.
