Where does your organisation stand?

Context
About your organisation
First, the context.
Seven questions, none of which identify you or your organisation. They decide which instruments and threat patterns the report is measured against, so the result is about your situation rather than a generic one.
Nothing on this step is personal data. You choose at the end whether to tell us who you are.

Eight dimensions of integrity readiness.
The dimensions follow the structure of the 360° Integrity Framework: how an organisation educates, listens, responds, monitors, governs, decides, communicates and standardises across its network.
Athlete & staff education
Whether athletes and staff learn to recognise approaches and manipulation, and whether that learning is tracked.
Reporting channel
Whether people have a channel they trust enough to use, independent of the team hierarchy.
Case management
What happens after a report: ownership, evidence handling, audit trail and escalation.
Risk monitoring
How risk across people, matches and competitions becomes visible before it becomes a case.
Policy & governance
Whether the integrity framework is current, aligned to standards and actually enforced.
Intelligence & data
Whether leadership can see where risk is concentrated from connected data rather than anecdote.
Culture & communication
How integrity is communicated beyond compliance, through real cases and visible leadership.
Network & partners
How consistent practice is across member bodies, clubs and partners, where exposure is usually highest.
An indicative self-assessment, not an audit.
Each dimension is rated on a four-level maturity scale, from no structured practice to practice that is systematic, evidenced and connected. Your score is the sum of the eight ratings expressed as a percentage, and the band describes the overall pattern rather than a verdict.
The result reflects how you have described your organisation today. It is designed to structure a conversation, not to replace a formal integrity audit, a regulatory assessment or legal advice. Where the picture is unclear, a briefing is the quickest way to test it against how comparable organisations operate.
Turn the picture into a plan.
A 30-minute briefing walks through your result, the dimensions with the most headroom and how comparable organisations closed the gap.
