Who is 360 Academy for?

Academy is built for organisations that have to train a lot of people on integrity and then prove it: federations, leagues, clubs, academies, universities and player associations. Learners include athletes, coaches, match officials, staff and board members, each following a different path. It is designed for bodies running several entities at once, not for a single team buying a course.

Do we have to use the GAMECHANGER360 curriculum?

No. You can deploy our integrity curriculum as it stands, import material you already own, have courses written from your own cases and rulebook, or produce content jointly with partners. The four routes combine inside one learning path, so our scenario modules can sit next to your regulations. Content ownership is agreed before anything is built.

Can 360 Academy run under our own brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Academy is white-label ready. Federations, leagues and universities deploy it under their own identity, with their own course structure and role model, while GAMECHANGER360 maintains the platform.

What does setting up an organisation involve?

Accepted Answer

Set-up is configuration rather than development. GAMECHANGER360 creates your environment, applies your branding, imports the content you bring and builds the role model and learning paths with your team. The work that takes time is content, so a deployment using our curriculum starts sooner than one that needs courses written from your case files.

Who administers Academy day to day?

Accepted Answer

Your own administrators. They create cohorts, enrol and offboard learners, assign paths, set deadlines and read the completion reports. GAMECHANGER360 maintains the platform and updates the curriculum, but day-to-day running stays inside your organisation. A governing body can give each member entity its own administrators and still keep central oversight.

Is existing training content compatible?

Academy imports and plays SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, so existing modules can sit alongside GAMECHANGER360's integrity curriculum.

How is learner data separated between organisations?

Accepted Answer

Every organisation runs in an isolated environment with row-level security. Administrators see only their own learners, progress and certificates.

What happens to the questions learners ask the AI coach?

Accepted Answer

They are answered from your organisation's own indexed material through 360 Intelligence and stay inside your environment. Nothing a learner asks is used to train public models. Usage is logged so administrators can see how the coach is being used, and what an administrator can see is part of your configuration. Settle that with your athlete representatives before launch, because the coach only works if learners trust it.

Where is learner data held, and how long is it kept?

Data residency and retention are configured per deployment, so records can be held in the region and for the period your rules require. Academy is operated in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, including access, correction and deletion requests. We confirm the arrangement for your organisation in writing before launch rather than applying a default.

How does Academy connect to the other three products?

Certification and completion status is available to 360 Sentinel, where missing or lapsed training becomes part of an entity's risk picture. The AI coach runs on 360 Intelligence, which also serves Report and Sentinel from the same knowledge base. Courses can link learners straight to your 360 Report channel. Academy also runs on its own if education is all you need.

How is Academy licensed, and can we start small?

Licensing is agreed per organisation and scoped to the entities, learner volumes and content work involved. You can start with one squad, one region or one member federation and widen from there, because paths and cohorts are configured rather than rebuilt. We quote per deployment and do not publish a rate card.
