CasinoBeats interview: Moses Swaibu on the future of sporting integrity
In a wide-ranging CasinoBeats interview, GAMECHANGER360's founder sets out the company's four products, its custom language model and why he wants to build slowly.

What CasinoBeats reported
On 17 July 2026, CasinoBeats published an interview with Moses Swaibu by Adam Roarty, a week after his evidence to the House of Lords. The conversation ran from his own conviction to the architecture of the company he now leads.
Swaibu described four core products: an education platform, an intelligence hub, an anonymous reporting mechanism and enterprise dashboards for the institutions that use them. At the centre sits a custom large language model built for anti-manipulation education, which he compared to ChatGPT but trained for match-fixing, adapted to the language athletes actually use and to regional context.
Institutions and people
The interview noted that FIFA has launched an integrity push across its 211 member associations, including the first FIFA Integrity Summit in Singapore in April 2024, and that Swaibu helped build the Premier League's integrity framework. It introduced Dr Andy Harvey, GAMECHANGER360's head of research, whose work in sports governance spans UEFA, FIFPro and the European Commission.
The same day, the paperback edition of Swaibu's memoir, "Fixed: My Secret Life as a Match Fixer", was released.
"I want to crawl before I can run."

On Macolin and on victims
Asked about the UK's consideration of the Macolin Convention, Swaibu said he believed in ratifying: better cross-border cooperation, better investigations, better education and better structures around technology. He referenced Karen Moorhouse, chief executive of the International Tennis Integrity Agency, and her view that athletes who fix are often victims of those who recruit them, a position he has held since his own sentencing.
Why it matters
The interview is the fullest public account so far of how GAMECHANGER360 is built: not as a single tool but as connected capabilities that share data, with education as the front door and intelligence as the layer underneath. The instinct to move deliberately, rather than to announce partnerships ahead of delivery, is a choice for a company whose credibility depends on being trusted with sensitive information.
