Introducing the connected GAMECHANGER360 platform

Four products, one system. 360 Academy, 360 Report, 360 Sentinel and 360 Intelligence share a single record so that education, reporting, monitoring and intelligence inform each other.

One system, four products

GAMECHANGER360 is built on a simple observation: the functions that protect a competition already exist in most institutions, but they do not talk to each other. Education happens in one place, reporting in another, monitoring is a feed from a supplier and intelligence is whatever a small team can hold in its head. The platform connects them.

360 Academy is the integrity education layer: a learning management system delivering modular coursework, role-play scenarios and career-stage pathways, built from lived experience and adapted to the athlete's language and region.

360 Report is anonymous, secure reporting and case management. An athlete, official or member of staff can report an approach or a concern through a channel designed to protect identity, and the institution can manage the case from first contact to resolution with a full audit trail.

360 Sentinel is real-time monitoring, risk scoring and investigation. It takes signals from betting and prediction markets, from reports and from an institution's own data, scores risk at the level of a fixture, a team or an individual, and gives investigators a structured workspace.

360 Intelligence is the AI knowledge layer underneath the other three. It uses retrieval-augmented generation over an institution's own documents, case history and GAMECHANGER360's knowledge base, and it is model-agnostic, running on OpenAI and Google Gemini models so that an institution is not tied to a single provider.

How they connect

A report in 360 Report can raise a risk score in 360 Sentinel. A pattern in Sentinel can trigger a targeted refresher in 360 Academy for the squad concerned. Every case, alert and course completion becomes part of the record that 360 Intelligence can answer questions about, in plain language, with the source shown. The point is not any single feature. It is that the institution holds one connected record rather than four disconnected ones.

  • Multi-tenant: one deployment serves a governing body and its member organisations with separated data
  • White-label: each institution presents the platform under its own identity
  • Encryption by default across reporting, case and intelligence data
  • Model-agnostic AI: OpenAI and Gemini, chosen per deployment
  • Retrieval-augmented generation grounded in the institution's own material

Built for institutions

Federations, leagues and regulators operate with member bodies, confederations and national platforms. The platform is multi-tenant so that a governing body can offer it to its members while keeping each member's data separate, and white-label so that athletes see their own federation's identity rather than a third party's. Sensitive material, above all the identity of someone who reports, is encrypted by default.

Where we are

GAMECHANGER360 is headquartered in Cambridge and London, England, and is expanding into the United States through 2026. The company's founder has said he wants to crawl before he runs, and the platform reflects that: built first for a small number of institutions that need it to work, before it is built for everyone.
